The optional web access lets you create and check invoices, use Usual invoice and saved shifts, download PDFs, prepare emails and record payments. Attach the downloaded PDF in your email app, send it, then confirm it is sent in Fairbill. Changes sync to your iPhone while Fairbill is open.
In Fairbill 1.1 or later, open Settings → Web access, enable and sync, then choose Link a computer. Enter the code on the website and approve the matching phrase on your phone. If Web access is missing from Settings, update Fairbill when version 1.1 is available to you.
The NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026–27, published by the NDIA. Fairbill includes every item in the schedule — all 969 of them across the ten schedules, including the ones the guide sets no price for — along with the remote and very remote multipliers.
Fairbill shows the published price limit alongside the rate used. Review the invoice against the participant's funding arrangement and your service agreement before sending.
A support can cross more than one time band. Fairbill can split it into separate lines, depending on the support type and your pricing settings. Review the times, rates and item codes before sending your invoice.
Yes. Save agreed rates for a client and Fairbill uses them on future invoices. Rates can differ by support type and day type. How price limits apply depends on the participant's funding arrangements, so review the invoice against your service agreement.
Public holidays are verified state by state against the Fair Work Ombudsman's published lists, so Labour Day, King's Birthday, Melbourne Cup and substitute days apply only where they're actually observed. Regional-only days (Royal Queensland Show, Royal Hobart Regatta) and part-day evening holidays are deliberately excluded — confirm those locally. If something looks wrong for your state, email me the date and I'll check it.
Your records are stored on your iPhone. If you enable the optional web trial, Fairbill also stores an online copy and syncs changes with computers you approve. The online copy is stored with Cloudflare in Australia. You choose when to share invoices or export files. Address suggestions use Apple Maps; device backups and purchases use Apple services. See the privacy policy for detail.
Use a passcode and Face ID or Touch ID, protect linked computers and your recovery code, and keep an independent backup.
Any invoice can be shared as a PDF from the invoice screen. For your accountant, the Money tab exports a CSV and a one-page PDF summary covering the full 1 July – 30 June financial year.
Everything is free and unlimited for your first month — clients, invoices, PDFs, saved shifts, the lot. No card, no sign-up. Run your real billing for a month and see if it fits.
After that, Fairbill Pro keeps it going: A$24.99 a month or A$199.99 a year. If you don't subscribe, everything you've already created stays viewable, sendable and exportable — your records are yours. Manage or cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple Account.
Add your business name, ABN, contact details and payment details in Settings. Fairbill uses those details on your invoices.
No. Fairbill is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NDIA. It simply uses the published price schedule so your invoices are coded correctly.
